Hygiene exception — unsealed cosmetic products

In accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, cosmetic products that have been unsealed or whose packaging has been opened cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Only unopened products in their original packaging are accepted for return.

Orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours from Lyon. Delivery in metropolitan France takes 2 to 4 business days depending on the carrier chosen.

Do you deliver to Belgium, Germany and Spain?

Yes, via Mondial Relay and Colissimo from France. Pickup point delivery is available in Belgium and Spain. The cost is calculated in your cart based on the Colissimo zone for your country.

Do you deliver to Africa and the Maghreb?

Yes. Morocco, Algeria and Tunisia (Colissimo Zone B) and all of French-speaking Africa (Colissimo Zone C) via Colissimo Monde from Lyon. Delivery takes 7 to 15 business days. For large-volume professional orders, we work with specialist freight forwarders.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse in Rhône-Alpes. Tracking is available on the Colissimo or Mondial Relay website.
