  • Payment: payment data (bank card, account) is processed directly by our secure payment providers. We do not store your card numbers.
  • Browsing and audience measurement: browsing data and cookie identifiers — to compile visit statistics and improve the website.

  • Performance of the contract: order processing, delivery, payment.
  • Legal obligation: retention of invoices.

We never sell, exchange or rent your data to third parties.

5. Transfers outside the European Union

6. Retention periods

  • Customers / orders: for the duration of the commercial relationship, then 3 years for prospecting purposes.
  • Invoices: 10 years (accounting obligation).
  • Prospects / newsletter: until unsubscription, or 3 years without interaction.
  • Contact-form requests: for the time needed to process the request.

The website uses cookies necessary for its operation as well as audience-measurement and marketing cookies subject to your consent. You can manage your preferences at any time via the website’s cookie management banner. (Consent management is handled by the website’s cookie banner.)
